Roman provided excellent service from the first moment we walked into the store. His entire focus is customer service. He also is extremely knowledgeable about the beds - and describes everything in perfect detail, which lead us perfectly through the decision-making process. Roman is one of the best retail service representatives with whom we have ever worked, and our experience with McRoskey could not have been more positive in all respects.

Just drove up to test out McRoskey after two friends told me they have 20 year old McRoskey mattresses in perfect condition. Roman the salesman was very helpful without being pushy. These mattresses are clearly above and beyond the typical mattress. But of course I fell in love with the most expensive version. I'll have to save for a while, but I do hope one day I can sleep on this mattress. It was really amazing.

We have a wonderful McCroskey mattress we loved over the 15 years and went to the store contemplating replacing it. Roman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged for some repair to the old mattress to give us time to mull over their wonderful selection.
