Terrific experience from start to finish with our son's wedding- we'd rent from Abbey Party Rentals SF again. The only opportunity for improvement would be to automate the process of updating the rental agreement. Making changes required constant back-and-forth emails. Even with this, Irving was incredibly responsive and helpful with answering questions and updating the contract for us. Our rental included tables, chairs, linens, tableware, glassware and coffee/drink dispensers. Pick-up and delivery were both on time.
Abbey Party Rentals was great! From the first email I sent inquiring about champagne flutes and tables, Amanda was quick to respond to each email. She answered all my questions and got my order just right. It was easy and it was nice to have one less thing to worry about while planning such an important day (my wedding!) Thank you! Quantum is our go-to event partner. We've done a half dozen events or more with them over the past few years from very high-end real estate and restaurant openings to milestone celebrations and red carpet parties; in every instance, they always go above and beyond....their response time, flexibility, understanding of our needs, range of rentals, and execution are amazing. Additionally, everyone on their team seems to care about their work and get their jobs done diligently. It starts with Jason but it continues through to each member of the team. We completely trust Quantum, we know they've got our backs and will make whatever we need happen, and we can't recommend them enough.
Found them on Google last minute and was able to place an order to rent 35 chairs a few days before my event. I felt so relieved that they were able to accommodate this. I originally thought I would be able to go pick the chairs up and when I didn't Jason called me asking if I wanted to move the time. I asked if they could deliver the chairs to me with just a day and half notice he came through!!!! I went with the white resin folding chairs with the padded seats and everyone just loved how comfortable they were they added that special look for my event. 100% will be using their services again without a doubt for my next events truly great experience.
We hired Quantum to operate a photo booth at our wedding at the Brazil room. Our guests loved it and everything was so easy. Jason knew the space very well and even saved us when we need the outdoor lights turned on once it got dark. Was great to have someone there so chill, knowledgeable of the space, and willing to help out. Our guests had a great time taking pictures and we now have a great book of all the images thanks to Jason.

The day of my son's birthday party we found out we wouldn't have chairs, as we had originally expected. So with a hope and a prayer, I called AM Party Rentals, and they had enough chairs in stock, the price was excellent, and when we got to the warehouse, everyone was friendly and attentive. Just like that, a fiasco was resolved and we had chairs for our guests.
Had a great experience with AM. Was able to get some dining wear and party supples in a pinch. Great communication and professionalism. Roberto and Tirso were the most helpful.
Having worked for them and used them for event rentals I can say they are amazing. They are very attentive to details and are friendly and reasonable. A definite pick for any event. They made my wedding come out incredible.
