THE FLOOR STORE REVIEWS

My husband and I have been working with Dakota Flick, Sales and Design consultant at the store. He has been helping us with a design of our new family room/ gym/ sauna area. I have never met a more professional, patient, and helpful Sales person. He provided us with many great recommendations, assured that we had the right carpets, vinyl, laminated floors. He gave us samples to see what would work best at our home, He has never rushed us and we have always felt well taken care of with him. The store itself is very beautiful and other staff members are all seem to be very pleasant.

While our stair runner selection was backordered, Shanna and team were communicative and worked quickly to get us scheduled for install once the materials made it. The install team was a delight - on time, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job lining up the rug around a stair turn/corner. We love the new look (and safety!) of our stairs!

We had the BEST experience with Rodney. He did not rush us and helped us really nail down what we wanted for our home. 10/10 customer service and pet friendly.

ARMSTRONG CARPET AND LINOLEUM COMPANY REVIEWS

Looks like my five star review is like bringing sand to the beach since all the other ratings are five star. My brother used them for wall-to-wall carpeting and highly recommended them to me. My sister used them and I used them for hardwood flooring and window coverings. Excellent skill level of the installers! And all three of us have been living with the end product and are still very pleased. We had a malfunction issue on our mini blinds due to the manufacturers mistake, but Andrew had them repaired immediately.

Andrew and Liam at Armstrong Carpet recently replaced the carpet on our stairs. The selection and service was top notch and very efficient. Pedro who installed the carpet was amazing - prompt, hard working and exceptionally good at what he does. I highly recommend the team at Armstrong. We plan to use them again for the flooring in our kitchen.

I've worked with many carpet installers over the years, and Armstrong is the best! High quality workmanship, great communication, and timely service. Highly recommend.
