We had an excellent experience with Chase Roofing. From the beginning, our sales rep, John Guglielmi, was very thorough and informative about our many options, and he remained available for questions. We ended up going with an upgraded aluminum roof in charcoal, as well as other enhancements, like a roof vent system and the installation of additional hurricane straps to the trusses and the exterior walls. The installation team was also top-notch and did their very best to keep the jobsite clean. When we had a couple of concerns about some of the finished edges, and the team was very patient and informative as to our options. Finally, the office staff, especially Brooke, Kelly and Vanessa, are on top of the Customer Service game, and were very responsive to our many questions. Two thumbs up for Chase Roofing.

John Chase visited my home and gave me the estimate of the repair. I made the appointment for a Monday, which is my day off, and which they gave me. The office called to confirm appointment and said to expect the crew between 8:00am to 8:30am. Juan the certified tech was knocking on my door at 7:59am!!! Awesome worker and explained everything in detail and the rest of his crew were great also. All hard worker's and left my yard the way it was before they came. No materials or trash left behind! Super Satisfied!!! Highly recommend!!! When I do my entire roof, Chase Roofing will get my business!!! Thanks John, Juan and his crew and Valerie in the office! All around Very Happy!
