AlarmOne is contracted through my home security company for service. I specifically asked for Dax, the service tech, because he has worked on my system a few times before over the years. I have had someone else sent for service by the alarm company before unfortunately, so this time I made sure that Dax from AlarmOne was available. He is very knowledgeable about my system and has always been able to efficiently repair or replace any needed parts. He calls and communicates with me and with the friend who was watching our house while we were out of town. He removed a lot of worries that I had experienced before with other service providers that were horrible. This gentleman is the only person that I will have service my alarm-even if I have to wait until he’s available, which is never the case. I really can’t say enough positive points about his work ethic or responsibility. Thanks again Dax!.

Great service. Installed 5 cameras in a few hours. Work great. Power went out. Cameras turned off. I texted Alberto on a Sunday and asked for help. Got a response within a few minutes walking me through how to reset them. Great service. Would highly recommend. The cameras are awesome. They work great in both daytime and night time.

Great infrared camera system that is hard-wired with no subscription costs. Owl Video Security Systems is a great option for those who desire to own their own security system. The installation went very well and the cameras are of superior quality. Highly recommended!.
