I found Daniel in 2024 through the recommendation of another dog trainer who suggested Daniel could be of more help with training my dog, Indie, to become a service dog. I rescued Indie after a hurricane, so she has always been very anxious. Daniel helped calm her and convinced me of her abilities. Not only did Daniel help train my dog, he also trained me and increased my confidence in public access with Indie. I boarded Indie with Daniel and Chris for a month as part of our training, and I was very happy to hear of the things they both learned about my dog. It was clear that both Daniel and Chris bonded with Indie while I was away, and Indie was safe and loved in their care. I recently traveled on a 9 hour flight to Europe with my service dog Indie; she did amazing thanks to the work we did with Daniel. I am so grateful for both Daniel and Chris.

Daniel Was wonderful trainer with my dog waffle. He Had such a good connection right away with my Waffle. Was calm patient and really took the time with us explaining and guiding us both in helping me better educate both me and my dog with the disabilities I suffer from. This is our second time having one of our puppies trained. Daniel trained my daughter’s service dog an australian shepherd who was sharp from the start after Daniel’s training she became a life line and source of support for my daughter while living in NYC. We recently got puppy Remi an english springer spaniel who is so goofy. Daniel has taken our cutie goofball into a proper and well mannered goofy puppy. Thank you for training us up to be good parents. Daniel is an expert with a proven program. His boarding training is worth every cent. We had a great experience with Jenna at Ruff Rules and their 17-day Board & Train program for Buddy! We mainly wanted to work on his barking, counter surfing, stealing shoes and toys, and his overall manners and walking skills. We’ve already seen such a big difference in his behavior! Jenna was amazing and kept us updated every day with pictures and videos of Buddy’s progress. We met halfway through the program so she could teach us what they were working on, and at the end she came to our house to reinforce everything in our own environment. We’ve already noticed some major changes and are excited to keep building on everything we've learned. We also love that Ruff Rules offers continued support after the program, so we can reach out with questions along the way. We’re so happy with Buddy’s progress and would absolutely recommend Jenna.

From the very beginning, the trainers were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly have a genuine understanding and love for dogs The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the results speak for themselves.
