I called Total Cleaning in the 11th hour after one of the subcontractors used no dust protection during his demolition. The dust was thick and I needed an emergency cleaning prior to my client reusing the space in three days. My point of contact was Lori, who then sent David the same afternoon to assess and give me a quick quote. We scheduled the cleaning two days away. The Total Cleaning team showed up 30 minutes early, anticipating they would be on-site the entire day and immediately began cleaning the areas we discussed. I pointed out a couple areas I wanted most of the attention paid to, and left expecting to show back up 8-10 hours later to lock up.5 hours later I received a call informing me that they were done. I was skeptical, but that left shortly after I toured the facility and thoroughly checked for missed details. There were NONE! It was a great job, done on very short notice, and done at a competitive price! I will look no further and hire this company for every project cleanup. They sold me! I had a great experience with Total Cleaning. They assisted me with the final cleaning of two new stores—one at The Falls and one at Brickell Centre. Cristian conducted a site visit prior to the work, managed the cleaning from start to finish, and walked the site with me to ensure we were 100% satisfied.
