My laptop was damaged three days before I had to leave the country. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was able to give me an estimate on how much it would be to repair. I brought the laptop to him in person and after a quick consultation, he determined a better course of action than was previously discussed. Afterward, the owner personally gave me a ride home. 10/10 excellent customer service.
