My experience with Empire was FANTASTIC! Jarred came out and inspected the roof and even took the time to help getting the claim started. I did have quite a bit of issues with my insurance company getting the claim moved along but Jarred was there all the way through the process and was able to tell me what to expect and how things would work. Once the claim was managed correctly we were on the schedule for a new roof in less than a week. The crew that came to the house was great! They answered any questions that I had during the replacement process and they were very fast. They cleaned up VERY well and I was very impressed overall with Empire Contractors LLC. They did an entire roof in about 4 hours and that included new decking. I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE wanting to get a new roof or repairs. My family and I could not be happier with this experience.

Our sales consultant, Adam Ruehl was an invaluable resource at every stage of our roof replacement project. He was very timely and informative as to what we could expect. He also help tremendously in navigating the insurance claim process. Our project coordinator, Jerry Stone, was also wonderful to work with. He stayed for the duration of our roof installation and was very eager to provide us with information as the installation progressed. The job was finished in one day and it looks wonderful! I would highly recommend Empire Contractors for any roof repair/replacement needs.
