I am so happy I found ADS, I have an older hard wired system that was installed when we built the house. Everyone else tried to switch me over to wireless. They replaced the panel at a VERY Good price and now my system works just like it did when we built the house 22 years ago. They explained everything they would do and they did everything they promised. I could not be happier with my security and now I am comfortable knowing that I am secure at home and my place is protected when I am away.
Bridget is always extremely helpful and prompt with a response to my questions or issues. Harold is always professional and quick with a response. Even the service tech is professional and courteous when on site. Great service!!
Several years of experience, recently getting upgrades from 3G/4G cellular service for monitoring. Very pleased with the service techs, the phone team, the monitoring folks. Prompt answers, some checks by the monitoring team are perfomed remotely to rule out issues.
