We highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Huntsville. Immediate response and excellent service to our home in Madison. Before our call to them had even finished, we were informed Tristan was on the way! Tristan Pickett is exceptional and honest. He found and fixed our stoppage with great care to our home. Before leaving he rechecked all areas of water flow in the house whether part of the original problem or not. We also had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Bob Fuller, Water Restoration First Responder, who checked all areas with a special meter to be sure there were no leaks behind the walls or under the flooring.

Chris was the nicest, most professional, helpful, informative and good to talk to plumber I've ever had the experience to deal with. He made my family feel comfortable and informed of the needed repairs, and how he diagnosed the issue. He could not have performed better than he did today. Thank you Chris.

I had a problem with water bubbling at my toilets. I have a septic tank. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. No unnecessary work was performed. The price was reasonable. The employee was very courteous and explained everything. I'm happy. I've done business with this company for almost 10 years and they have always done excellent work.

Trey McElyea was my technician and he did a wonderful job. Very friendly, timely, and did a great job! Most pleasant experience with not only the work performed but also the quick response to my service call and fairness of price. Highly recommend.

Outstanding same day response and repair. I called Scott Plumbing to come in and replace the pipes, install new cut-off valves, and install a new garbage disposal. Technician was in the area and available for an immediate service call. Scott Plumbing was really good about explaining the estimate and based it off what I needed. David Perry was very professional and left the job site clean after testing all the repairs. He made sure I knew what was done and any warranties associated with the replacements. I will be using Scott Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

This was the best plumbing service I have ever had! Jake T arrived fast, and he was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job! Best of all there was no service fee to come figure out the problem, and the price to fix my water heater was unbeatable. I will definitely use Scott Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Came out quickly after a storm and were able to find the leaking pipe (behind the fridge in the wall) and fixed it most expeditiously. Very knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up afterwards and helped move the fridge back in its spot. Price was fair and will definitely call them back should the need arise.
