The Tech (Michael) arrived as scheduled. Michael was professional and courteous. He wasn't annoyed by my questions. He quoted repair and replace options, which was very helpful to me. Mr. Rooter has remained honest with fair pricing over the years, which is why I always choose them when a plumbing problem arises..

Mr Rooter’s office was quick to respond, within 2 hrs of phone call. Thorough investigation followed with photos and a recommended action plan. Extremely professional in every aspect. Will use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter when I faced issues with my hot water heater. Their staff was extremely professional and prompt in scheduling the service. The technicians arrived on time and were very polite, knowledgeable, and informative. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs! They truly went above and beyond. I spoke with Paul, who helped me determine the correct size and type of heater I needed. The women who answered the phone were fantastic as well. The technicians paid attention to detail, even taking the extra step to clean up a few leaves that blew in when they opened the door. They ensured that I was satisfied with the work before leaving. This company sets the gold standard for how businesses should operate, and their professionalism truly exemplifies their services.

I just had an amazing experience with Roto Rooter! We had a septic tank overflowing and needed it pumped out. The technicians came during the window they were supposed to, and I received two calls before they came - one to let me know I was next on the list and one to let me know they were on their way. Chris and the second technician couldn’t have been nicer, and they were both super skilled at their job. I am so happy with the work they did and appreciated the feedback they gave me at the end. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone! Chris is awesome!

From the minute I called with a hot water issue, everyone i talked to or came in contact with was GREAT! The contact I had on the phone was top notch and she sent someone out quite quickly. The first technician was prompt and courteous, explained that he was there to make sure that things at my home were safe until the service technician could get there. Wow, I never expected that! When Patrick arrived, he was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and when I approved the work, he got right on it! Thanks Roto Rooter for getting the job done!
