I have been very impressed with both of the techs that came to my house for installation of a new panel & replacement of a contact. They were both very professional & completed their job in a short time. They were friendly and explained how the new panel was different from our old one.

Had to put in a service request as one of our cameras stopped working. Technician was here the next morning and repaired the system in just minutes. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend this company. Great service.

The technician, Mr. Anthony,, was very knowledgeable and corrected all of the problems. He also explained how to use the system. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

I had a great experience from my salesman, Eric Tate, that made my first impression with ADT very positive. He was very knowledgeable and helped me feell comfortable through the whole process. The installation went very smooth and Matt did a great job installing the ADT Control system that I got. Eric also came back to check to see that I was satisfied. I appreciate as a customer how from start to finish how it all went and the professionalism from Eric and Matt! I'm very confident in recommending ADT to others.

Great workers here. William is a great ADT representative and is very knowledgeable of all ADT products. He is also very courteous. Have an upcoming install? Ask for William. I have worked with ADT in Florida and some of the workers there are not as competent as William-or friendly. If there is a manager reading this, William needs to receive some type of reward for his service. Great job ADT! Glad to be a customer in Huntsville for the past year.

Lorenzo harshaw is the real deal. No gimmicks. No salesmanship. Just treated me like family. Gave me his cell number too. Looking forward to having that covering of knowing my home is protected. Not just through video surveillance- but with an answering service that will direct police and fire when needed !!.
