He also invites customers to attend the inspection because attending the inspection gives customers exclusive access to additional information beyond the report’s contents. They physically walk on the roof (or use a drone in rare circumstances, such as a three-story home). The entire attic and crawlspace are inspected. Their reports are written in clear, easily understood language. They use advanced tools including infrared (thermal) cameras to find problems not normally visible. Lots of videos and photos are included to help illustrate defects and their locations. They perform a full phone consultation with each client where they go through the entire report together to further clarify problems and answer questions.
