Outstanding communication and service from the free quote to the final installation. As I had an RV 14’ door installed along with 2 additional doors I had a commercial installer, Bryan. Bryan was very technically competent and perfect for my unique situation. I shopped around and knew Precision was my choice right away! I’m having a 4th door installed later this year and will not hesitate to call Precision.

From the time I called precision to inquire about service's offered to the time the tech showed up to perform the work was done with excellent communications and professionalism. Brent was our tech and was very professional while on the job and explaining the issue with our garage All I can say is Thank you for the excellent experience. I won't have to worry about garage issues ever again I purchased the life time warranty.

Making an appointment for services was so easy. I had great service by Hunter fixing my broken garage door. He was very thorough and fixed my garage door pretty quick. I appreciate Hunter coming out on the weekend to get my door back operating correctly.

After working with several other garage door companies over the last few years and never reaching a long term resolution, I called Access. Chase came out and within moments advised a new motor (which I expected). The price was half the previous one I had been quoted by another company and completed within the hour. He even replaced my remote keypad and helped me program it to my other door as well. Despite some scheduling difficulties up front, Access has my business and referrals for their professionalism and expeditious handling of my issue once onsite. Thanks John and Chase.

I had Wilson Garage Door Company install garage door insulation to help reduce the heat in the garage that also makes my Bonus Room above the garage get excessively hot. Been three months since the installation and the door insulation "significantly" improved the temperature in my garage and my Bonus Room by almost 15 degrees. Eric the installer was an expert at the installation and also adjusted my springs to ensure the doors opened and closed properly due to the newly added weight of the insulation on the doors. Not only exceptional service and installation, but their custom insulation really works...money well spent.

Wilson was great to work with. My garage door was in rough shape, wouldn't shut and had a big dent on the top panel. They were great in only replacing the panel vs. the entire door saving us a lot of money. Eric was very friendly and definitely an expert with garage doors. Thank you so much.

Great service, great price! Our 17-year-old garage door spring snapped in half. Wilson sent to techs out who installed a new spring and fixed the mounting plate that the door is hoisted by. They were fast and a great price! I highly recommend.
