ALIVE - Plano

I really like the convenience of having a class every 30 minutes, having towel and mat without having to pay extra, cleanliness and very pleasant staff. I took a while to get used to moving from an instructor led studio to this one led largely by videos. Videos are very class. But they have started some instructor led classes. I attend 3-4 classes a week, month 8 for me and planning to continue. Go Alive.

I was looking for a clean place to begin my yoga journey again. This by far blew away my expectations. The staff is wonderful. The classes are all challenging in their own way. They have so many different levels it’s perfect for what you need that day. I look forward to going and what the classes do for me.

I love SunstoneFit/alive studio so much. It’s a great yogis community. Enjoy every class it offers. Made a lot friends in this place.
