This was my first time as a patient to Plano Eye Associates. The pre-appointment information gathering process was very easily completed online and the follow-up appointment reminder text/emails were succinctly timed. Once I arrived and checked in the wait time before a technician came to take me back for the beginning of the examination process, that did not take long at all and the tech was well versed in what they were doing and had great patient interaction skills. Once I was in the exam room it did not take Dr. Lang long at all to be there to begin the exam. All of my concerns were discussed, examined and explained in easily understandable language. The end result is I have found a new eye clinic and doctor with whom I am quite happy.

This was the most comprehensive and relaxed eye exam I’ve ever had. The staff was exceptional and the office was over the top beautiful. The team in the optical area was so helpful, as I had trouble narrowing down what glasses I wanted to go with. It seems like the employees really enjoy what they do, and it makes for a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend!.

Everything was great! The tech was very informative about the procedures of the different eye exams. Dr. Christa was very thorough in explaining the results of the exams and she always have been very personable and caring during our conversations.

Dr. Moon is very thorough and always takes time to go over everything during the exam, she provides top notch care. Rosa is a gem, when it comes to fitting and preparing your glasses. She is very meticulous about the quality of the product she receives from her vendors and in the end delivers to her clients. I appreciate the diligence she demonstrated when preparing my glasses. I would recommend Dr. Moon and her team to everyone and will see them again myself when the need arises.
