THESIS PHARMACY REVIEWS

I contacted the Operations Director who is also a pharmacist concerning an issue. He was courteous, prompt and genuinely interested in correcting the issue. Like many of you right now, it is frustrating with the communications and delay in response. They are working hard with IT to launch a new software that will greatly improve the customer experience. Be patient- the best is yet to come.

Not sure what has been happening. I have called, sent multiple texts, messaged through my account and no word on my refill. They used to be quick and receptive. It’s been over a week and yet to receive a response in any form. UPDATE: I was lost in the shuffle of them upgrading phone systems. I received a call from the manager and all is good! Thank you so much for coming through!

The employees at Texas Star pharmacy are so kind and helpful! The customer service is superb and the pharmacist thoroughly explained everything about my medication. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Southern Star Pharmacy is amazing. Every time I ask questions, I always speak to someone knowledgeable in my medications. They deliver. That’s always great during a pandemic. Lastly, my medicines always arrive on time or even earlier than anticipated. I am thankful to have them as my chosen pharmacy. Thanks again.

Exceptional service - the pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They even have delivery service. I would highly recommend. They are going to be carrying some sort of Ozempic soon - I will definitely be back for that.

They were great they contacted us five minutes after dad's doctor had sent in his script. They sent him all his stuff within 24 hrs by mail. He says they were a pleasure to work with he has no complaints and will definitely work with them again.

The pharmacy is not located near me, so in terms of location convenience, it's not for me, however, they have provided consistently wonderful service and products. Therefore, they've earned my respect, business, and loyalty.

I have had to use Live Oak Pharmacy for several hard to fill medications. They are extremely competent as well as competitively priced. In fact, they do a fantastic job of keeping up with manufacturers’ coupons and getting great prices for their customers. Highly recommend this pharmacy!!!
