From the very first phone call to schedule my appointment, the entire team was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They contacted me right away, explained my insurance coverage clearly, and made sure I understood everything included in my treatment plan. The physical therapists are gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and truly take their time to make you feel comfortable and supported during every visit. I also really appreciate how punctual and organized the office is — appointments always run on time, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I used to think PT stood for physical torture after some bad experiences at certain physical therapy companies. Baylor, Scott and White Rehabilitation in Plano, Texas, have caring, flexible professionals who actually listen. They have a wonderful large area with tons of specialized equipment. Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had in therapy. In preparation of a marathon I went in with an achilles injury that I thought was going to take me out and not be able to participate. After a few sessions with Nurah I was able to implement some new rehab techniques & regain my confidence to finish all 26.2 miles. 100% recommend her and anyone in the facility.

Carrie completely changed my world! She heard me, made me feel comfortable during our session, and most importantly, she was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me see that my injury can be tamed with the right massage support. I can’t wait for the next time I see her.

Impecable experience. This was my first time doing PT and I was a little nervous. But the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough to understand what I needed. Would highly recommend.

This place is the truth I started a couple of weeks ago and when the Doctor did my evaluation he instantly recognized my problem and told me to give them 3-4 weeks. I must admit I started seeing results immediately. They made a plan for me and whatever therapist you work with stick to it. Before I started I wasn’t sleeping at night due to pain and now I sleep through the night with no pain at all and with the PT plan that I’m doing I’m even getting my strength back and don’t need the cortisone shot anymore for pain. I recommend this place.

I cannot believe how much my agility, mobility, and strength have improved after 2 months of coming here. Everyone is friendly and supportive and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for physical therapy.

Lori and the whole staff at this location go above and beyond to help their patients get better as soon as possible.
