I go to many of the yoga classes and you can pretty much find what you need here at Dragonfly! Lately, I have been going to the Barre and Cardio Barre classes. I love these because it is gentle on the joints and yet, keeps me in shape!!.
It was a friendly, laid back environment. Our instructor, Ian, was encouraging within everyone’s comfort level. I’m am getting back to yoga after a break so didn’t want to overdo it.
Love love love this place, best hot yoga place on the west side.
