SPENCER AGNEW, PT, DPT - PEAK ENDURANCE PERFORMANCE & PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
My experience working with Jennifer has been great. She helped me to reduce my pain and provided me with a flexible rehab plan and workout routine that I could fit into my everyday life. The most important thing for me is that my PT empathizes and understands my worries and pain and I feel she has gone above and beyond in that aspect of her care.
Spencer is so helpful and will go out of his way for you. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable. He’s helped me work through many injuries! Peak endurance has a great office space and I love the physical therapy app they use. Highly recommend!
After I injured a finger tendon while climbing, Jennifer helped me get back to pain-free climbing and weight lifting over the course of a few sessions. Jennifer was great to work with - she adapted our sessions to my goals and gave me some great advice for finger strength programs. And she even helped me improve my squats at the same time!

JESSICA DUFAULT, DPT - MINDFUL MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Jessica is a fabulous PT and coach. Seeing her while pregnant and postpartum has completely changed my life. It sounds like an exaggeration, but, in combination with my own movement exploration in my new postpartum body and the journey of motherhood, I feel so much more deeply connected to my core/center in all of my movement, every day. I wound recommend her to any human wanting to learn how to release and connect more deeply.
Jessica was great. She was able to get me to connect with my pelvic floor and taught me so many different techniques to improve my postpartum back pain.
Jess was incredibly helpful and supportive during and after my pregnancies. My only regret is I wish I would’ve gone sooner. She’s as lovely as she is brilliant and is such a gift to the madison community

TIFFANY VIRAG, DPT, OCS, CERT. DN, CSCS, CCI - MADISON PHYSICAL THERAPY AND CONSULTING REVIEWS
I’ve been here for PT after two knee surgeries and it was really helpful. The gym had everything I needed to exercise and make a full recovery. It is located close to my classes so I could have a session between them which was nice for scheduling. Overall great experience!
I cannot say enough about how practical and grounded Tiffany is in her therapy practice. I’ve had two spine surgeries and suffer from arthritis; yet she gets me moving so I can enjoy physical activities again. She doles out doable “homework” that progresses one’s level so you can advance between visits. Thank you so very much Tiffany!
Had an amazing experience. Tiffany went above and beyond getting to know my history and activity goals to make the treatment plan specific to me. Her dry needling expertise helped alleviate my low back pain before a long plane ride.
