SPENCER AGNEW, PT, DPT - PEAK ENDURANCE PERFORMANCE & PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
When I began training for a half-marathon, I started having pain in my left knee. I incorporated some stretches and exercises that I had found when I searched the internet for ‘knee pain’. One day, the pain was so strong I had to stop running several times throughout a short run. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to complete a half-marathon. At this point, I knew I needed to seek professional help to pin-point my specific problems and find a solution. I saw the heathy runners assessment advertised and met with Dr. Jennifer Hornbaker. She was able to quickly identify the root cause of my pain and had recommendations for exercises right away. Over the next several months working with Jennifer, my exercises were increased and edited based on her assessment of my form and ability to complete exercises. She was very flexible with the types of exercises, to make sure the exercises were achievable based on my schedule and access to certain types of gym equipment. I was able to complete the half-marathon, and did it without any major pain or injury! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Peak Endurance and would recommend anyone with persistent pain to go in for an assessment.
I highly recommend Peak Endurance Performance. I was dealing with plantar fasciitis which prevented me from performing high impact movements I liked to do (running and double under jump rope). I also had a nagging shoulder that I had ignored for too long, and continued to cause pain during workouts. Erienne was able to fully understand my issues and offer a variety of movements for strengthen and mobility of those areas. I had noticeable improvement within 2 weeks and almost 100% improvement in less than 2 months. You have to do the work though! I chose Peak Endurance because they also do CrossFit and understand that not working out isn’t an option. I can now run and perform double under jumps rope with no pain at all and my shoulder isn’t holding me back from performing my workouts successfully and pain free. I 1000% recommend them!
I had a great experience with peak endurance. My doctor gave me back my confidence with the activities and exercises that I enjoy and rely on to stay fit, all of which has been a challenge after giving birth many years ago. I would definitely recommend their services.

JESSICA DUFAULT, DPT - MINDFUL MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Jess was the second pelvic floor PT I saw and I feel she diagnosed me appropriately on our first visit. I appreciate her assistance as I prepare for a vbac. My OBGYN is impressed by Jess and her expertise as well. Cannot recommend her enough!
I absolutely loved my time working with Jessica on my post partum health journey! She taught me so much about my body and ways to help heal my core that I still use an entire year later. If you are looking for pelvic floor physical therapy, I cannot recommend her enough!
Jessica was great. She was able to get me to connect with my pelvic floor and taught me so many different techniques to improve my postpartum back pain.
