JESSICA DUFAULT, DPT - MINDFUL MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
My experience at Mindful Motion over the last 4 months has been really great. My appointments with Jessica are very meaningful - she listens closely, remembers our discussions, and she has provided a lot of great recommendations for stretches and exercises, and also has made some lifestyle suggestions to help deal with and reduce pain. Everyone at Mindful Motion is incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel welcome and comfortable.
Jessica is the best pelvic floor PT I have seen. She takes the time to really listen and is very focused on finding things that are realistic for you to be able to work on. She helped me avoid another pubic bone separation in this past pregnancy and has supported me during postpartum. If you want to truly heal and not just have a band-aid approach, go see Jessica!
Jessica and the staff are fantastic. She was able to give me the tools to improve and supported me through my process. I Highly recommended Mindful Motion as they will be part of our family’s health care “team” from now on!

SPENCER AGNEW, PT, DPT - PEAK ENDURANCE PERFORMANCE & PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
I chose Peak Endurance because I wanted the best care. When I met Spencer, I had hip pain that that surgery couldn't fix & that I wasn't able to rehab myself. After only 5 months and 8 appointments, my hip is now healthy! Spencer is both easy to work with and highly effective. Spencer's examination during my initial consultation was rigorous (which I like), and he wanted to know everything I had to say about my experiences, symptoms, and goals. This initial consultation went over the time allotted and he didn't say a word -- he prioritized my care over the appointment slot. And once I no longer needed regular appointments, Spencer helped integrate hip maintenance exercises in my long-term workout plan. I would strongly recommend Spencer to any athlete.
I'm so glad that I went to see Spencer after year-long cascade of injuries took me from running marathons to hobbling around the house. I had gone through several months of PT at a large provider before coming to Peak Endurance, and the difference was dramatic. Instead of an assembly-line approach with short visits and different clinicians at each stage, Spencer spent a full hour at each visit to fully understand what was going on with me, and to practice new exercises. Spencer's running-specific knowledge and experience have been key, and he gave me great training tips that helped me to overcome obstacles I was hitting in trying to get back to normal. I'm now back to my usual training volume, and I'm running faster than ever!
Spencer is the best physical therapist I have worked with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains complicated concepts well. He is patient and truly cares about your recovery and goals. I chose Peak Endurance because I wanted to work with a PT who wasn’t constrained by health insurance reimbursements. Over the past year I have seen him for three issues I experienced as I got back into running- chronic knee pain, SI joint pain, and some arch irritation. Spencer created thorough treatment plans that were dynamic and customized to my goals/lifestyle not just the injuries. For example, during quarantine when I couldn’t go to the gym he was able to suggest multiple creative home-based alternatives. Between appointments he makes an effort to check-in and help adjust your treatment as needed. Also, most importantly, Spencer taught me how to distinguish when to keep pushing versus when to take rest days, which allowed me to run while I was still recovering. I have seen a PT at a large hospital system. It’s a completely different experience. Spencer is worth every penny!

TIFFANY VIRAG, DPT, OCS, CERT. DN, CSCS, CCI - MADISON PHYSICAL THERAPY AND CONSULTING REVIEWS
I cannot say enough about how practical and grounded Tiffany is in her therapy practice. I’ve had two spine surgeries and suffer from arthritis, yet she gets me moving so I can enjoy physical activities again. She doles out doable “homework” that progresses one’s level so you can advance between visits. Thank you so very much, Tiffany!
Tiffany was able to take me further in my stroke recovery than other therapists who told me that’s all I’d be able to do she made it possible for me to regain considerable function in the left arm that didn’t work when I lose service it wouldn’t ever happen whenever I had weed.
Tiffany is super knowledgeable, compassionate, smart, resourceful, and helpful! She helped me to solve important health problems and I am forever grateful. I refer anyone I can. Thank you, Tiffany!
