Everyone in the study is kind, welcoming and happy to embrace students of all levels and abilities. As a born again student of yoga, I immediately felt respected and welcomed, all shapes, sizes and differences. I really enjoy the late night 7 pm classes and also Fran’s Sunday Yin class. Thank you for giving me a confidence boost from the moment I walk through the door to check in, during practice and after for reminding me to thank myself for giving myself the time on the mat. Amazing feels.

Dragonfly’s west side location has two yoga studios (one hot, and one mild), a lofted ceiling tea room, and stocked showers and restrooms. The staff are welcoming, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. Different classes focus more on movement, strength, flexibility, or meditation, depending on your needs and interests.

The yin/aromatherapy workshop was amazing and exactly what I needed! The practice was gentle and restorative. As someone who uses a variety of essential oils, I enjoyed the different aromas the instructor used. I also appreciated being able to take an inhaler with me. I use it every day.

Absolutely love Inner Fire. I've been going since October 2024 and have seen such a difference in my anxiety. The manager, Katie, is so helpful and accommodating to any questions or needs. I look forward to my mini escapes weekly. Grateful for this community.

Better late then never. Went to the free weekend while on vacation, couldn’t have had a better experience! The studio was so welcoming, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, teachers/classes excellent! Just a really good experience. If you are in the area make sure to go and take a class.

I have really loved getting to know the team at Inner Fire West. All the instructors bring their own flare and great instruction. Plenty of variety in class types and times. Highly recommend.

Discovered this studio after attending a free community yoga night. Since, I’ve been attending multiple classes with different instructors and they have all been wonderful. Both the space and the staff are so inviting and warm. I’m impressed with their diverse class schedule and am looking forward to many more nights at Perennial!

This studio is such a calming, welcoming space. Every class leaves me feeling more grounded, clear, and connected. The energy here is truly healing—it's become a meaningful part of my self-care and spiritual routine.

Took a drop in class while visiting family, fantastic flow from an experienced instructor who explained their ideas before we began. The space is so beautiful. Will absolutely be back whenever I'm in town.
