Dr Matt at Lakeview has been our vet for many years for three different dogs. He guided us through a severe life-ending illness in our last dog and was so thoughtful and supportive when she passed. One of our current dogs is highly anxious and he works with us closely to make her visits as easy as possible. When we’ve had to use a vet ER Dr Matt and his staff are calling the next day to check on us. Lakeview goes above and beyond. All of the staff and other vets we have met are just as caring and skilled. We love Lakeview and are so appreciative of how well they care for our babies!.

We recently moved to Madison and before we could unpack our Bichon became ill. Lakeview Veterinary could get us in the same morning. The doctor was not only compassionate but took her time to listen to my concerns and troubleshoot what was wrong with my dog. The staff followed up the next morning again continuing it’s wonderful care. If you’re looking for a compassionate, caring veterinary office Lakeview is highly recommended.

Highly recommend Dr. Megan Arce - she has been our amazing vet for the last almost 10 years! She is sweet with our dog, remembers all her history and works with us to answer all of our questions. We are super grateful to have her in our pets life.

Had a great experience fixing a barn cat. They have flexible hours several days a week for drop off (see website). for low cost spay/neuter. This is so helpful when dealing with a feral cat you never know if they will be in the trap when they need to be. Staff was polite, informative and helpful. 4th year vet students do all of the procedures under the supervision of a registered veterinarian. Not only a great learning tool for the students but an asset to the community. People love their pets and making vet care affordable is invaluable.

This place is amazing! They literally saved my dogs life. He had swallowed my wife’s CPAP mask and it was lodged in his belly. I couldn’t afford the surgery anywhere else. They took him in, did the surgery on the same day, and for a fraction of the price. The staff were so friendly and caring. I can’t say enough about the care my boy received here. Without them, my boy Thor wouldn’t be with us. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I brought my 2 year old kitty Sage to be spayed today 4/24/25. From the scheduling process to pick up you all helped keep my mind at ease. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for being here for the community. You offer a wonderful service for a great price. Will use you again.
