The best!!! Overall great experience would recommend and would return. The Husband specializes in pain but the woman,Dr Zhong, specializes in internal medicine and boy is she good at what she does. I was diagnosed with bells palsy 12/13/24(seemingly the worse day of my life bc who wants facial paralysis, right?) Scared and worried I looked up accupuncture for treatment and went in the next day. I returned about 6 time before year ended and with her administered herbs, suggested supplements and dietary restrictions while recovering paired with her treatment, I am practically back 100% movement in my face. YOU MUST treat it as soon as possible though. She knew the exact points to puncture in order for maximum healing.

This was my first time trying acupuncture and I’m so glad I chose HZ. My stress and anxiety has decreased significantly! And my eczema is finally clearing up. There’s even improvement in my sleep and pain management. Dr. Zhong is very knowledgeable, I trust her completely and have recommended her to my own family members.

Wonderful genuine practice. The best accupuncture experience ever. Better than any medicine. Approved and recommended by my husband/Veteran suffering from pain and injuries.

CARING ACUPUNCTURE REVIEWS

Mr. Ueno is a gentle, capable healer. After taking down a comprehensive health history, he listened carefully and formulated a treatment plan. There was a huge difference in my frozen shoulder after just one or two visits. My physical therapist was amazed at the dramatic recovery of mobility and encouraged me to continue treatments. The office is clean and very serene/peaceful for relaxation. There is a massage therapist who also works out of the office.

Dr. Ueno is a kind and gifted acupuncturist. He takes time to listen to his patients’ issues and concerns, explains his course of action, and answers questions. Sachiko at the front desk is incredibly sweet and will definitely follow up if a spot opens up on the wait list. I’m grateful to have such a great acupuncture provider in Alexandria.

I’m working with Dr. Converti and she has been wonderful. She has great bedside manner and has helped ease my shoulder pain from typing all day.

This was my first acupuncture appointment with Nova. Katy was thorough, attentive, and precise. She made a thorough assessment of my case and answered all of my questions before beginning treatment. The bottom line; I left feeling better than when I walked in the door l! Every aspect of the process was explained in detail before and during the treatment. The results were definitely worth my drive to Virginia. ** UPDATE ** I had my second session on 11/21 with Linda. I can't say enough about how professional that each staff member conducts their therapy sessions. Linda was also detailed and attentive. Her points of emphasis were a little different than my first session, but the results were equally effective in reducing inflammation and pain levels. I will continue to make the drive from Southern Maryland! Well with the trip.
