I was super nervous for my first sleep study, I absolutely hate sleeping somewhere new and unfamiliar BUT it went very smoothly! The bed was insanely soft and comfy. The room was cool and it even had a fan on the bed side table! They even provided a TV with YouTube so I was able to watch a show! The staff were very friendly and made the process easy. I had a very pleasant experience, thank you!!.

George was great with getting me all set up with my CPAP machine. He was able to answer all of my questions and had in-depth knowledge on the subject!.

Your customer service has been consistently unprofessional. This assessment is not based on a single incident but on a series of interactions that fall far below the standards expected of a medical facility. First, during the initial phone call from your office, I was expected to drop everything and speak with a provider on the spot. My time is valuable as well. It is unreasonable to assume patients are always available at your convenience. That was my first red flag, and unfortunately, the unprofessional conduct only continued from there. Next, I asked a simple, legitimate medical question before my appointment—specifically, which sleep aid I should take. What I received in response were contradictory, incoherent fragments that looked like they were written by a four-year-old. When I asked for clarification, the advice kept changing and remained vague. A licensed medical professional should be capable of providing a clear, consistent, and grammatically correct response. Instead, the communication I received was careless and confusing—completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Finally, I received a phone call to schedule my follow-up. I was offered 2:00 PM and accepted. However, when the appointment was confirmed, the time had somehow changed to 3:00 PM. I questioned this discrepancy and was told 2:00 PM was no longer available. I accepted 3:00 PM and received a confirmation email—only to receive another email 14 minutes later with yet another time, without my consent or notification. When I called to ask about it, I was told the provider was leaving early and 3:00 PM was not available. Yet the new appointment was at 3:45 PM, which makes no sense. When I objected, they agreed to move it back to 3:00 PM and said they “will just move someone else instead.” That is exactly what makes this unprofessional. You should be asking a patient for their consent before moving an appointment—not shifting people around like pieces on a schedule board. This pattern of carelessness and disregard for professionalism is unacceptable—especially from a medical organization. Patients deserve clear communication, respect for their time, and competent, consistent service. I absolutely recommend this office for Sleep exams and sleep requirements regarding Sleep apnea, I currently have central sleep apnea and obstructive apnea and this Office is more than capable of managing the needs for my health. They have been the constant professionals from the doctors to the staff in every way possible. I am a United States Air Force veteran, and I have the opportunity to visit the Military hospitals along with the veteran administration, however I choose to go to this Doctors office. He has supported me for several years in an absolute superior fashion. Therefore, I recommend them to our community and people abroad. The doctor surely identified my issues and medically treated and diagnosed them in the best way possible. Virtual appointments along with ability to visit in office appointments. The medical needs were expeditiously managed. The Sleep Study exam areas are very nice areas and quite comfortable. Therefore I recommend them as I stated before for your sleep, issues or problems.

I want to commend the staff at Best Health Sleep Center. Every time I have needed to schedule a study, get records, receive instructions, etc. they have been responsive, prompt, thorough, and professional. It has made a difference in the often stressful process of trying to get treatment for severe sleep apnea.
