I’ve always loved the care and service provided by Caring Hands. I was very happy to find another Caring Hands facility in Alexandria as I moved from the Bristow area. Exceptional and caring service for my little one. Very satisfied and highly recommend them for all of your pup’s needs and care.

I drive quite a distance to go to Caring Hands - it's worth it to me. A friend recommended this practice to me several years ago, and I have been happy at every visit. The vet advice has been helpful and caring while also practical, taking into account that my cat is very elderly. I really like the vets and the staff, who provide friendly, great customer service.

I like the vets here and the advice the offer is generally good. I find them to be thorough and not overly aggressive on over medicating while explaining all options. I do usually wait at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time but that is the status quo across all vets and I won't hold that against this location speficially. If you are looking for a place with good vets you can trust, I recommend this location.

They have taken great care of our cat. She recently had her teeth cleaned and they did a great job of preparing us, calling, and then giving directions for follow up care. I was nervous about the anesthesia but they did a great job and took very good care of our cat. Highly recommend the team; we have had great experiences.

We have been going to VCA Alexandria for a few months now and it has been such a great experience. Dr. Baxter and the entire staff are always helpful, patient, and kind when explaining procedures and treatment plans.

I brought in a squirrel today and was met with kindness, positivity, and all around hopefulness that the little guy will make it. Really appreciate the team and the hospital as a whole for taking the time to treat wildlife.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care my dog Magnolia received at EMMAvet. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Gardiner and Dr. Jarvinen were incredibly professional, explaining the entire spay procedure and answering all of my questions. The surgery went smoothly, and my dog is healing wonderfully—no complications at all! I really appreciate how thorough they were with aftercare instructions. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. The waiting room was comfortable and so clean! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring team.

We love EMMAvet and have been taking our two adult cats here since Dr. Gardiner joined the practice a few years ago. Everyone is kind and responsive, from the desk staff, the vet techs, and the doctors. One of our cats (the tortie) esecially loves going to EMMAvet to get pets from all of her friends. We highly recommend EMMAvet.

Dr. Richardson and the staff at the Belle View EmmaVet took very good care of my Rocco when he injured his tail, and explained the treatment and costs to me clearly and thoroughly. He wasn't too happy with the "cone of shame," but is now on the mend. I also appreciate being able to follow up via email. Thanks EmmaVet.
