My allergies were awful, and I had mild sinus infections, and sinus headaches. Most days, it felt like someone was crushing my eyes. About one year ago, I read about acupuncture. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it works by improving the flow of energy, or "Qi," (pronounced "chee") through your body. Research shows that it prompts your body to release chemicals that can ease pain and inflammation. I don't like needles, but nothing else was helping, so I decided to try it. While I laid on my back, the Regina put needles in my face and hands. I didn't notice many of them. At most, I felt a quick pinch. I immediately felt relaxed. After six sessions, the pressure in my head eased, and my allergies and asthma started to subside. It is my great experience.

I went to see Regina after I was diagnosed asthma. Before visiting her, I had been experienced 7 months of coughing, and lots of yucky phlegm. I tried so many things for chronic asthma but were not very helpful. My supervisor recommends me to visit Regina as was receiving treatment for her allergy and felt great improvement. I received 6 weeks of acupuncture together acupressure treatment at Regina's clinic. Now, I have virtually eliminated all my symptoms. I would recommend Regina to anyone with asthma.

I was introduced by a friend to Health Tune up, and I have been impressed ever since. Dr. Xin and her staff are amazing and attentive. The place is clean, and the staff is professional and punctual. I had a back ache which is gone, thanks to her treatment and persistence. I highly recommend Health Tune up services to anyone who wants results and a friendly face all the time.

Been going to Gen acupuncture for a few years now and Dr David Jang is a doctor we really trust. I routinely see him for my concerns and I see a difference every time after my visit. Highly recommend him. Also finding a dr who you can see on the weekends is rare. I usually make my appointment one month in advance to get a weekend appt time.

I found Dr. Cheng when researching for Chinese Medicine Doctor focused on TCM. I was impressed by his website and his schooling background. I filled out forms on his website being a new patient and found DR. Cheng to be wonderful in person with detailed questions and concern for me. His office is welcoming with a warm sent of herbs and the rooms to be clean. I was given acupuncture and herbs with a follow up appointment the following week. I am continuing to see him as I’m finding my symptoms get much better.

Dr. Cheng is super friendly, caring and amazing! He is very proficient in his practice, deeply understands the patient symptoms and instinctively knows how to heal them. He recommends life style and diet changes for quick healing alongside his treatment. My psoriasis is almost gone after 2-3 months of treatment alongside lifestyle changes. Highly recommended.

Dr Cheng is amazing! Not only does he do a great job with diagnosing symptoms and root causes, he also suggests specific physical activities for us to try so we recover faster. He really cares about the patient's health. Highly recommend.
