I had a great experience with Instant Urgent Care in Sunnyvale. We did an appointment online pretty easy and quickly. I was greatly surprised with the amazingly service that I had. The personnel were very helpful and responsive. I did have a question about my lab results and I called to the customer care service and the person who attended my call was kind and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely come back.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Great options for people coming out of town or without a general practitioner. Very nice about rescheduling appointments. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care.

All around great visit. Was taken care of quickly. Even though I was a walking patient from out of town. Also, the best thing. The girl at the front desk had the best attitude. Even though she was on her own.

Joanna Mendoza was awesome. After initial wait everything went smooth and fast once Joanna took my case. She was professional, polite and everything medical personnel should be. She definitely deserves a raise.

From the receptionists to the physical therapists, the folks there are very helpful, warm and caring. Made my healing process easy to go through. I am very grateful to them.

I received a competent, precise and supportive care. The staff was very helpful and kind, the environment was clean and comfortable. I'm very happy with my visit.

SUTTER URGENT CARE MOUNTAIN VIEW CENTER REVIEWS

They were quick and friendly when I was not feeling very good. I went here and it was early evening, was able to get in and out quickly. They drew my blood, did an IV and I had a CT all within a matter of 2 hours. All the medical staff was extremely professional and answered all my questions with care and diagnosed my issues very quickly.

Surprisingly short waiting time for the urgent care. Dr. Theresa Chan was super nice. She carefully and patiently reviewed my situation and made the most appropriate suggestion. Her follow up calls next morning with a recommendation of going to emergency immediately was highly appreciated.

I highly recommend the Sutter Health Urgent Care at the Mountain View clinic. They have an excellent staff of nurses and doctors who do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have used their services twice for different situations and they were very caring and thorough. Thank you.
