Turnbridge saved our family! Our son is 17yrs old and stayed at the adolescent residential house in Woodbury, CT. It was the best decision we ever made. The staff is top-notch. From admissions to the clinical staff to the nursing staff. I cannot say enough good things. We were in constant communication with Turnbridge-we never felt out of the loop. We talked to our son every night. We had weekly visitation (over Zoom) and weekly family therapy (over Zoom). We also had weekly check-ins with the provider regarding medications. Every-thing was run by us-nothing was changed/added/removed without checking with us first. In the time our son spent at Turnbridge, we learned so much about him, about our family dynamic, and about how to better support him. For any reservations we had before his stay, they were canceled out by the care, attention, professionalism, and the non-judgmental approach of the community at Turnbridge. The Parent Support group was absolutely essential to the process and I'm forever grateful for it. When our son is discharged, the support continues! As alumni, you can continue to attend the Parent Support group meetings. It's warm and inviting and open to all who have been associated with Turnbridge. I have been so impressed from the start. Thank you Matt, Allie, Sam, Sheri, Jacqueline, Lauren and all the other staff who took care of us. We will be forever grateful.

The Turnbridge Adolescent Girls Program in Killingworth, CT was excellent. We are grateful for the care and attention my daughter received. Everyone on staff really cared and was professional. Saying goodbye was hard for all of us. The facility is beautiful and clean. The almost nightly parent support groups are incredibly helpful and inviting, along with the parent education groups. If needed, we would not hesitate to go back.

I have been working in the therapy and treatment field for 25 years and I’ve toured hundreds of programs. Because of this, I was not expecting to be so impressed. The passion, care, intelligence, and setting at Turnbridge were truly remarkable. While many talk about dual diagnosis, Turnbridge really understands what it means And they are delivering it.

3 1/2hrs was a bit much especially when you're already in withdrawal & have a 5yr old but I guess that's more of a ME issue than APT foundation. As a whole they are fabulous. Never had any issues,they are even extremely helpful when in a bind and have no transportation to get to clinic. I would recommend apt foundation for anyone looking to maintain long term sobriety. Edit: the 3 1/2hrs was just the initial intake. I also only went to Long wharf location for intake as well. For my day to day needs I attend the clinic in North Haven. I have no bad things to say about that location either.

Here is where I receive treatment with respect and compassion. Here Is where I am changing my life! Enough positive things just cannot be uttered about APT- especially the West Haven branch. The staff are simply awesome, their program is fairly administered and they are not sheep. While rules must be followed, they know life happens and they always work WITH me to find an equitable solution. They are professional, personable, compassionate and caring. The entire staff at the west haven branch should be commended and applauded for their consistently excellent client service.

Currently in treatment at the drug program on E Ramsdell St. What a wonderful experience. Gonna hate leaving this beautiful place and equally beautiful people. May God Bless, continue to Bless the Apt Foundation and all associated.

I started my recovery journey with MCCA New Haven 4 years ago. I completed the IOP and relapse prevention programs. Throughout my time the staff, the counselors and the APRN have supported me in every way possible. They listen, they care and they don't judge. I will be forever grateful for the help they have given me. My life gets better every day that I am sober and I celebrate every year of my recovery with them. Thanks.

I love this place they have help me in more ways than one. They truly saved my life. I am truly blessed to have met all the amazing staff, who work hard at changing and saving people's lives. I have been a client over the years and highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in recovery and mental health.

My experience there was great. I feel like hands down this treatment facility treats clients with the care they need to succeed in life. Hands down I think they were the best treatment I experience thus this far.
