I have been going to Dr. Joel‘s office for close to 17 years now I brought my wife there my daughter there my sister-in-law there my niece there I’ve recommended friends and other family members. I get a great job done on my eyes being looked at thoroughly and any recommendations if I needed any, which I don’t, I would take them. I buy my glasses from him my frames and I get a good price they take my insurance and I love going here. I conversation with Doctor Joel and the staff whenever I go there I feel like I’m part of the family. I’m telling you this because this is how I feel thank you.

I had the most amazing experience at Dr. Joel's Family Eye Care Center. The staff was awesome, kind and very considerate towards me. The doctors were very good and kind. Thank you so much for everything. I have not been here since 2012, and they are still a great staff.

Dr. Joel was excellent and very thorough with my eye exam! Probably due to some previous issues, all the frames were somewhat ‘locked,’ but the staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help unlock them.

This review is after my first time coming to TotalVision Eyecare Center of North Haven. I am very happy with Dr. Lefland. He is kind and informative. He took the time to explain the issue I am having with my eyes and did not make me feel rushed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I love visiting my eye doctor, The doctor very courteous and informative, the office staff is very helpful at my appointments, both of my daughters go here as well and are very comfortable. They have a very nice selection of glasses.

Great people! Very comfortable and welcome setting. I always feel like I am their only patient! Extremely helpful picking out my new glasses, making sure the look and fit is just right. Highly recommended for your Optical needs!.

Dr Alicia is an outstanding Dr. This was my first experience there and I recommend her 110%, her gentle kind nature and extremely cautious and careful attention to making sure she understands everything about your vision was amazing. Her start staff is top shelf too. They helped me with a problem that, was easier for me to solve than them, and yet they managed to rectify it, And made my first experience there just genuinely delightful. I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. I will absolutely recommend your office to all my friends and family and my fiancé.

Everyone was warm and friendly- the person who checked us in, the doctor who did the exam and the salesperson who sells the eyeglasses. The exam was comprehensive and efficient. I like the fact that it is a small office and you did not have to keep moving from room to room.

Dr. Alicea is amazing I've been her pt for 4 yrs now. She super sweet to my kids. Any questions I have she broke it down and explained it all to me. I definitely recommend her. Alsooooo she speaks Spanish which is an added plus. Thank you so much Doc!.
