I cannot express the impact Mcshin has had on my life. Although, like many of us, I had more pain to experience before I surrendered completely but the unconditional love I felt while at Mcshin never left me. I really learned who I was and what I wanted from life, I just had to accept that I deserved it. I will always be thankful for the program itself but to the core people who helped change my life forever and to those who lost the battle to this disease, I pray and thank God I had the opportunity to be a part of their journey.

McShin has shown me a better way of life. They taught me how to rebuild my life from the ground up, and how to stay clean and sober while doing so. The staff is amazing and will go the extra mile for anyone who wants to make a better life with out drugs and alcohol. I am forever grateful for this program!.

The Mcshin foundation has been the best experience I've ever had in my life for me and my daughter. This program has help change my life in so many ways, today I am heartbroken that I have to leave Destiny house mothers with children but it has showed me I can do all things with out a drink or drug. It also showed me how to be independent to be a mother to have patience to grow to have stability.

The Coleman Institute is an absolute treasure in Richmond. The staff and all nurses and doctors are unbelievably incredible, the passion they all have for what they do is phenomenal. My life has changed because of the Coleman Institute. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my time there. I am unbelievably grateful they are back in Richmond to serve the greater community. If you are having any problems with addiction, please do not hesitate to give Coleman a call. This place is a gift to Richmond’s and the entire state. 100/10.

I was a support person for my best friend recently. When I tell you this place is hands down phenomenal, I mean it. They were professional,compassionate and friendly. Tonya and Britney deserve an extra shot out...as they stood out in the crowd, when it came to my friends care. They went above and beyond to meet all her needs and the needs she didn't even know she had. They were so empathetic. The Coleman institute and these fantastic folks that keep it running are extraordinary. My friend and I are truly blessed for this opportunity and experience.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions you may have. Brittany goes over all the things to expect and how the treatment works. The nurse (sorry i forgot her name) was amazing. They are both so sweet n very helpful. Definitely a great place to go!!.

My name is Christie Cassidy and the new center is so much better , I love my counselor azha she is amazing she is non judgemental, treats me as a equal always makes time for me even when I just need to vent and rant about personal issues. I am lucky to have her. When I am frustrated with how things are going at the clinic and feel like I am going to loose My cool she notices and is able to calm me down she is truly their for the right reasons and makes a difference in her patience lives.

Excellent staff , Counselors who go the extra mile . The Doctor and nurses really care for your recovery and work with you one on one to make sure your treatment needs are custom and satisfactory.

We have group on Thursday mornings at 9:30,& i love it!!!! We have a great group due to a great counselor,Morris Wise!!!!.
