3 Best Pharmacies in Richmond, VA

I used Lafayette Pharmacy for years and years. When Mel Fitzgerald retired and that place closed, I was told that my records had been sent to Bremo Pharmacy. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their choice for me. I miss Lafayette, but a few of those employees have also transferred to Bremo and, like Lafayette, this is a place where I feel safe and comfortable. They are kind and attentive and as helpful as they can be. The experience here for me is SO important because, along with several chronic health issues, I am now getting old. I want to thank these people for welcoming me and for treating me with individual attention and kindness. It means so much to me. And I am glad that, in the age of giant corporations and huge pharmacies that look like department stores, and treat you with suspicion and irritation, that there are still places like Bremo Pharmacy, where I feel recognized and heard. It is so important. Happy New Year to all of you and thank you for your kindness.

I visited Bremo this week and was thoroughly impressed with the service. I was able to get my vaccines for overseas travel and I got all of my questions and concerns answered. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable.

Bremo pharmacy was great to work with. They did all the insurance paperwork for my daughter's yellow fever shot. The only place that will do pediatric shot for yellow fever.

Reminiscent of a bygone era such a lovely quaint pharmacy with gracious old world service.. The Pharmacist was extraordinarily kind in ensuring I had a meal at the restaurant as she noticed i was a bit wobbly after my Covid Booster shot. I believe it was Margaret a new server who again took care of me.. when i ordered a BLT sandwich at the dining room. She suggested a fried egg to go with it and spinach instead of lettuce and it was the most deliciously filling breakfast i have had in awhile. I will return because the ambiance and people were so lovely!.

Delightful lunch! Westwood is always very quick with their food, so I popped in today for a bite. The spinach salad was the best I have ever had, anywhere. Chicken breast hot off the grill, the freshest spinach, just the right amount of cheese and the nicest dressing. All was served with a smile. Doesn't get better than this. Thanks!.

Visited the pharmacy for our coved vaceen. Discovered a marvelous old time drug store. Serving breakfast and lunch. Great service. Good people.
