“David Hawxhurst, LPC, is a marriage and family counselor in Richmond. He graduated from the Lay Counseling Institute in Northern Virginia, where he helped many individuals grow emotionally and spiritually from many churches and parachurch ministries. He earned a Master's in Counseling degree from Regent University in 2013. David is also a spiritual director at Fig Tree Therapy. He specializes in relationship issues, anger issues, trauma, addiction, grief, and loss. He also has vast clinical experience with adolescents, children, and adults.
