"Nathan Michels obtained his Bachelor's degree from James Madison University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University. He is a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Absolutely amazing employees! every single one is kind and respectful and honestly very fun to be around! I was a patient for a few months, they helped me get through all the pain I was having from my car accident and without them I wouldn’t be where I am at now. Thank you alliance for all the help and thank you to every individual employee that made showing up to physical therapy worth it. I’ve never been a fan of showing up to pt but because of them I was happy to be going and seeing them while also getting everything done that I needed to. Thank you again.

I’ve been going to Central Physical Therapy for over 5 years for a number of ailments: inflamed ankle, wrists, arthritis pain in neck, back, hip, and knee replacement surgery. Each time I’ve gone, I’ve received therapy that has significantly reduced the pain associated with my ailments. The therapists here are all excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely caring. This is why I’ve come back here each time I’ve needed therapy.

I have always come to Central Virginia Physical Therapy and they have all always been very professional, friendly, down to earth, very very gentle in how they work with you and the exercises they send you home with. They always literally and figuretively get me back on my feet. Front desk staff is always professional and friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for physical therapy.
