The office space has a good blend of feeling both professional and comfortable. This helps alleviate some of the stress that can come from that hospital feel of many offices, without sacrificing the sense of cleanliness we expect from a private practice. The staff is very knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Sendi himself is happy to answer questions when the need arises, even if you are just seeking more info on if some of the treatments offered may be a good fit for you. His hours are much more charitable to busy schedules than most offices, offering business hours well into the evening. It's a bummer that they can't take insurance, but many companies will reimburse you up to a certain percentage. That's a downside of some of these more cutting-edge treatments; the bureaucrats behind writing insurance policy haven't caught up.

Dr. Sendi is a great doctor who is really knowledgeable and compassionate. He helped me so much through Ketamine treatment for depression. The office staff and nurses are super, and Dr. Sendi responds personally if you call or email with any questions. The treatment room is very comfortable and everything makes for a good experience.
