Andrew Watterson Executive Chef of this NICO Kitchen + Bar, after receiving his culinary stage at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Watterson served in a variety of kitchens putting his education to practical use. The restaurant Pastry Chef Binicio Salas, he received from his mother, who is a beautiful baker in South America, worked his way up to his current status as one of the most notable pastry chefs in New Jersey. His particular area of concern is producing beautiful and delicious desserts inspired by Latin and international flavors. NICO Kitchen + Bar is open for special events in their three private dining rooms for 20 to 200 customers.
