Andrew Watterson, Executive Chef of this NICO Kitchen + Bar; after receiving his culinary stage at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Watterson served in various kitchens, putting his education to practical use. The restaurant Pastry Chef Binicio Salas received from his mother, who is a beautiful baker in South America, worked his way up to his current status as one of the most notable pastry chefs in New Jersey. His concern is producing beautiful and delicious desserts inspired by Latin and international flavors.
