Ess-a-Bagel is that place. From the moment you walk in, everything feels clean and well kept the counters, floors, and prep areas are spotless, which honestly makes the whole experience better. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and how they serve it. And the food Unreal. The bagels are fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with that golden crisp on the outside. Whether you’re getting a classic plain with cream cheese or loading it up with eggs, bacon, and everything seasoning, it always hits. Portions are generous, ingredients taste fresh, and nothing ever feels rushed or sloppy.

What a pleasant surprise. After roaming the terminal during a long early morning layover and seeing one unappealing food place after another, I stumbled upon Ess a Bagel and really enjoyed the Signature Bagel, packed with Nova Lox, non dairy spread, lettuce, tomato and capers. The bagel was very much a New York bagel, very fresh, even though it was 5:00AM on a Saturday morning and the service was very friendly.

I’m dining out and I just leaving a review for Roberto who has helped me out so much tonight and has made my trip complete now that he has fulfilled my purchase with these great bagels and put them in such a package that are travel Abel and will be tasty and safe when I get home.

As Tourist, First time tried Bagels. Such a amazing taste. Love how many types of bagels to selected. Mine was wheat everything with cream cheese. Bf got 2 whole wheat with cream cheese plus breakfast. Yummy strawberry yogurts with oatmeal. Crowded with customer which mean guarantee for taste. Clean kitchen and overall. Unbelievable staffs memories who receive all long complexities. Friendly and active for all cashiers and inside kitchen. Such a nice place to visit after morning workout or anytime for meal. Will visit again for sure before return.

Very clean amazing bagel place. They have a large variety of cream cheeses and bagels. Plenty of seating for Breakfast with a friend. Fun Bagels, blueberry jalapeño, classic cinnamon raisin, a sweet French toast bagel. I also got the sun dried tomato cream cheese. Highly recommend you stop in. The owner was also super nice and a pleasure to meet and talk with. Support local business. Thank you for amazing food and service.

The best bagel place in Northern NJ!! Potato Egg and Cheese is my go-to and it's delicious and crispy!! I highly suggest the Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese as they stack their breakfast sandwiches! You will never leave hungry after the bagel house! They are quick and the number #1 cure for hangovers!!! The only bagel place I go to!!.

SONNY'S BAGELS REVIEWS

A staple of SO and the best bagel on the area. They bought the space next door and will be knocking down the wall, expanding the menu, and creating a much larger area for dining. We spoke with the owner and he said they'll add brunch down the line, but he is primarily focused on making sure the bagels stay the same. You can grab an egg and cheese sammy now as well.

Amazing bagels, the best you’ll ever have! Been eating these bagels the past 30+ years…try to get them while they are straight out the oven, the earlier the better, because they go fast. Also, it tends to be crowded later in the morning hours.

The best bagels anywhere! Sonny's is our Sunday morning go to. Staff is awesome, owner is amazing. They are expanding and we're thrilled!.
