Absolutely amazing place. Plenty of room, vert affordable to get in, very cheap food, lifeguards, and clean restrooms. Only thing is it is not very wheel chair friendly but the staff went above and beyond to assist in whatever way possible. Nice kitty pool area. 2 diving boards, an amazing slide and they also have umbrellas, chair, and floats to rent. Also a nice Sandy beach area. We will never go back to the beach part of Lake Murry this is totally our new spot.

This place is great! Prices are very reasonable for tubes, chairs, food, and drinks. We arrived right at opening and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely reminds me of childhood experiences. My grandkids had a great time and will go back again for a great day.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! And it is wheelchair accessible we were able to get the wheelchair very close to the lake to put our son in a float he definitely loved the water and the staff are sooo friendly and very helpful! Definitely will be visiting again before heading back home to Texas.

Danielle was our party person! We purchased the platinum party package and when we did so over the phone, the person from the call center wasn’t very informative. But Danielle was super informative and attentive and answered questions that the person we booked the party with couldn’t! Everything was provided for us cutlery, forks, lighter for the candles, if we needed candles they had that too. The manager that checked us out was equally informative and helpful. We loved the entire experience! We will definitely return.

Took the kids here on spring break and they had a blast. We usually go to Savannah as we are in Statesboro but will go here from now on as it is much cleaner and the employees are so nice!! Jayden helped me boys get harnessed up and walked the high ninja course with them. A little girl was in the playland crying and he rushed over and gently carried her to her mom. It was nice to see such a patient young man working with all these crazy kids! Kudos to his parents.

This was our second birthday party at Urban Air and the experience was even better than the first. Two days before the party we received a phone call informing us that we would have time before party to setup and I thought that was very considerate. Our party host, Taylor, was fantastic! She was attentive, nice, and very helpful. Additionally Brittany, who I believe was a manager, was great as well. She was very thorough during our checkout, accommodating, and even got my daughter a band-aid when needed. I cannot recommend Urban Air enough as a venue for a birthday party.
