FUNPLEX REVIEWS
This place brings back memories from my childhood and teenage years. It has its pros and cons, but seeing my toddler have a good first time here is all that really mattered to me. We love Funplex!
This place was so awesome!! Cannot wait to go back!! W had a blast! My only wish is that it wasn't so far away lol. This place has everything!! Skating, bowling, arcade games, indoor rides, bumper cars, go karts, jump zone, eateries, sports bar, pool tables...the staff is super friendly and!!! They have broccoli cheese soup.
I had a wonderful experience tonight at the bar while we were bowling. If you want fast, friendly, and attentive service look for Cali. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make my son's birthday a special one. Thank you.

KEMAH BOARDWALK REVIEWS
xcellent place to hang out with family and friends. Parking could be a bit of a hassle depending on how late in the evening you arrive. If you plan to go there arrive around 430pm on the weekends and park after 6pm its chaos to find a parking spot. People and business are very casual and a chill atmosphere. No one seems too wild and everyone seems to enjoy themselves with all the activities. A good number of business have live music on the weekends so check them out. Overall I highly recommend this place.
The boardwalk is clean and was quiet while I was there. A little weeknight getaway from the city. The food options are great if you like high end seafood. Worth a visit. Seems like it would be fun for children with rides too.
Beautiful boardwalk park on the ocean. The staff were friendly and the park was very clean and well taken care of. The restaurant I visited (the steakhouse) was great with delicious food and friendly service. The rides that I rode were well maintained and fun. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

GALVESTON ISLAND HISTORIC PLEASURE PIER REVIEWS
A nice place to go with kids. In the winter months check the schedule an make sure they are open. An what rides are open. There was 3 rides down when we went. The kids still had a blast. It wasn't busy with the weather being foggy. It was a bummer you couldn't see far at all when you were up on the rides but there wasn't a line at any of the rides so that was super nice. Staff was polite an helpful.
So fun we paid $28 for an all day wrist band totally worth it. Even if you don't ride the rides you still have to pay $11 to be on the pier. Parking was reasonable for us early friday morning to afternoon there was plenty of parking spaces right across the street from the pier entrance. Friendly staff, we went on a Friday and it wasn't too busy at all great way to spend the day with the family.
It was great! I suggest going on Mondays or Tuesdays. We've been 2 times. To make sense of what I'm saying let's say you only go to ride the water ride... It's popular attraction. If you go in the summer on weekend you may wait 1 hr in line to enjoy a 10 minute ride. In that same 1hr and 10 minutes on a Monday. You could likely get on 4 times. Go on weekdays spend much less time waiting in line. Much more time having fun.
