The mission of the Therapeutic Recreation Department is to empower their participants to become self-sufficient, responsible, and productive members of society. Portsmouth Splash Park provides information about their youth athletics and recreation programs. The Senior Station is the Hub for Senior Activities with daily activities, weekly trips, or special events; this is the place to be for anyone aged 55 and over.”
