He came out to our house within an hour to remove a squirrel that had fallen down the chimney and was cowering in a corner of the fireplace. The squirrel was quickly removed and will be let free away from our house. He is so knowledgeable! We enjoyed listening to some of his wildlife experiences. Intrepid was the first place I called when a bat flew by my head in my basement at 11:30pm. I called a few other places but ended up calling Ray back and having him come out to our house. He arrived quickly and found and removed the bat within minutes. He was friendly, helpful and I am planning on having him come back to check for possible entry points and make my house bat proof. He literally made it so I could sleep last night! Thanks Ray!
