My lock work was completed in less than 30 minutes on my apartment. "Mike" was quick, efficient, very pleasant, and a true professional! I paid by check, and my receipt wss emailed to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fleetwood Lock and Alarm company.

If you live anywhere in lower Westchester or the Bronx, these are your guys. They did an excellent job putting in a new door and lock for me. I also recall them doing work years ago for a family member's garage door — still functioning great to this day. I initially spoke with Mike over the phone and he was very friendly. Adam and Angelo came to do the initial assessment, they were likeable and professional.I learned that installing a new door is NOT trivial, it takes real craftmanship to do it the right way. Adam and Angelo are the real deal, they did a superb job. They really took their time to shim around the door so it fit squarely in the frame, it was plumb, and closed tightly (great for acoustics and energy efficiency). They clearly CARED about the quality of their work — which again as excellent. I am very pleased with my new door. It is fire safe, functions smoothly, and the aesthetics turned out great as well. The area is lucky to have such a great family owned business like Fleetwood Lock — I give them a 15 out of 10.

This place is the best I traveled all over Yonkers, Mount vernon, New Rochelle and The Bronx to make a copy of a key and they were the only place that was able to make the copy the service here is awesome very Vernon,, and very knowledgeable.

The experts know so much about security systems that the plan I had in my mind for my warehouse was abandoned for a much better system offered by them. The work was done to my full satisfaction and I can tell you that they do not play games. They do the work they promised and they do things the right way.

The first thing I noticed about Jackson is that he wasn’t trying to do something he wasn’t sure about. He checked the system for over an hour and I did and they told them to me simply you need a new system. I can try and repair it but I won’t be able to provide the full warranty. I like the honesty and ask for two days to think about it. After two days I signed the contract and a week later I got the new system installed. Not that just everything is working but the new feature I simply amazing.

My old man recommended we hire them to run our scheduled repair and maintenance work for intercom and cctv systems! And they were unbelievably up to the task,prepared and very competent!I loved how they handled everything from the start to finish,finesse, professionalism and efficiency!i recommend them.
