This storage was great from the time I entered the door. Louie greeted me with great pleasure and assured me that I was making the better decision . His rates were great and the promotion deal was excellent.

I've been renting here with Louie for a few months now. He is a perfect gentleman and he always keeps the facility at a above par standard. So I'll totally satisfied renting & storing my items here!.

Kevin was phenomenal. I've never used a storage facility before today. He made the experience really easy. He was prompt and knowledgeable. Every company should have a Kevin!.

Heriberto was so professional and knowledgeable of what Public's has to offer their consumers. He was polite and was able to answer all my questions about my storage space to help me figure out what works best for my move. I would recommend this storage space to anyone.

Antoinette and Berto were very very professional and helpful. It was a smooth a process and I appreciate them . I will always recommend this place as long as they are here.

Berto was excellent!!! He took his time to show me the best size unit for my needs. I would also like to mentioned that Antoinette was very kind and helpful.

Amazing service. Manager Sherine was the one that attended me and she was very thorough. She was patient with me since I was unsure exactly what I needed and gave me the option to really take my time. Very pleasant.

Highly recommend! We came to get a unit for my daughter’s college move and Sherine was so helpful and they explained everything very well. She got us a great size unit with a good price and was the sweetest.

Sherine was very friendly, patient, informative and a great help during our sign up process. Her customer service made me feel comfortable and happy with our decision to use extra store space storage units.
