I was helped by Ulda, and she is an amazing employee. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything related to the job. She helped my husband and me and was very kind. I will definitely recommend talking her to all my friends and family looking for amazing service at this public service.

I was personally helped throughout my stay at the Yonkers location by a JOE gentleman. Any questions that I had was promptly answered and all of my concerns (which wasn’t many) was swiftly addressed. Joe is a very pleasant person and it was a pleasure working with him during my stay. 5/5 stars. Thumbs up.

I rented storage space on an emergency basis and I must say that once calling and signing up it was a quick and painless process. I was able to gain access to space quickly as well as providing all the information needed. Rafael was considerate, professional, and courteous.

I chose this storage facility solely based on reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Anthony, the manager, was great! He went above and beyond to make our move easy and seamless. The customer service is great, but they also have the lowest rates in the area. The only complaint I have is, they should have more staff, I think it’s a lot for one person. But still, on a very busy Saturday, with people moving in and out, plus all the new customers inquiring about the information at the front desk, Anthony managed to acknowledge everyone upon arrival and take care of them promptly. He was also very patient, showing us the different units available, and explaining which one would work better according to our needs and budget. When in need of storage at a good price, convenience, and great customer service, look nowhere else.

I want to start off by saying thank you to Rudy's shoutouts. His personality, services, and knowledge about the facility and rates were on point and accurate. These prices beat many of these competitors nearby, which I won't name. I recommend Storage Post to anyone looking for great space at an awesome price.

Excellent service. always helpful pleasant patient and informative.. staff is always courteous and polite...I have nothing bad or upsetting to say...I would like to add that your employee Marie is the BEST...very patient and understanding.

What a great experience! Alicia took such excellent care of my hubby and me - and all of our things. We were super stressed moving from CA to NY, but she made it feel like we were just storing a few boxes (not an entire house full of furniture and artwork) until our house was ready. Zero stress. And somehow, she made it fun. I highly, highly recommend this storage facility. Pros.
