We asked Kate to help us with one of our 2 dogs that started showing leash aggression after we adopted another dog. She really helped us to understand our dogs' needs, their body language and how to establish general structure on walks and around the house. I grew up with dogs and thought I knew a lot about dog training, but Kate really helped to open my eyes about some of the things I had been unaware of. After working with Kate, we became confident enough to become foster dog parents for a local rescue organization and they would often assign us "difficult" dogs because we had become so successful at addressing those traumatized dogs' behavior issues. None of this would have happened without Kate's help so we are forever grateful to her!!! I will wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is a first-time dog owner, having problems with their dog, having a baby, a move, or other major milestones coming up, or just looking to understand their dog better.

When we met Kate, our Dogue De Bordeaux was just about a year old. We always believed “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” and Kate proved that very wrong! She taught us how to be better dog parents and she gave us the tools and the knowledge to help Nicodemus be a better dog. She is a genuine lover of dogs, which can be felt by both human and canine. Nicodemus has exceeded beyond what we ever thought he could learn. Kate taught us patience, which is key when training such a hard headed breed! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the time we spent together, and Nicodemus has made a friend for life. Thank you Kate for turning our big, stubborn boy into a gentleman! BARK BUSTERS HOME DOG TRAINING NEW YORK CITY REVIEWS

We met with Steve C. only a few days ago and through his explanations of how to communicate with our dog and what we should be doing to communicate, we all feel so much calmer and happier! We have started our new routine and exercises from Steve's plan and I think we are finally on the right path! Gracie, our dog, is following the adjustments and changes so with time, I think we have a solution to ease our anxious doggy and enjoy being together.

Our Wheaten Terrier was anxious and reactive around certain people and dogs. We had tried multiple treats-based trainers, and nothing help. One session with Steve was life changing and he is so much calmer and less anxious. We’re so much more comfortable walking him or bringing him around other dogs. Steve’s method seemed a bit unconventional at first, but I can’t recommend him enough. Walking our dog was a daily source of stress for us, and now we can enjoy it.

Rob is an amazing trainer! Piccolo, our 5 month old Yorkiepoo with separation anxiety and reactive behavior felt instantly safe with him and responded very well to all of Rob’s instructions. We feel like we have a real partner in this challenging work. It’s clear that Rob wants us all to be successful as a family and we are learning so much about behavior (both our dog’s and our own). I love knowing I can reach out to Rob with questions along the way too - full service thoughtful support!

We love Paws & Play! Our 3 year old Labs (Wrangler & Remy) love playing there all day! They have lots of energy and get to have fun socializing with other dogs and being taken great care of by all of the staff at Paws & Play! When we walk in with our boys everyday they are always happy to see our boys! They are all professional and friendly and make us feel at ease when we leave our boys there.
