Ralph, the manager was able to get back to me in a very timely manner and was reasonable and accommodating. A new employee by the name of Chaz was sent out to service my apartment to correct the mishap and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was highly respectful and went out of his way to make sure that the appropriate services were provided and that I was a satisfied client. Thank you!

This was a great experience. I had scheduled my service for something that would be very expensive but the person who came in today checked my Gazebo and told me in fact there is more like fly bees and that would be much cheaper for me. So professional. I could not believe that there are still people who are fair, caring and professional while doing business. He completed the job and then did mosquito and tick treatment for my whole home perimeter. What an outstanding service. I would highly recommend this company and their service!! They just got themselves a new customer.

I've just signed up for the annual contract with C and E. My first appointment was this morning and though my technician was late which could not have happened on a worst day due to work commitments and my need to be at work at a time certain... I am giving them 5 stars because of their courteousness and their professionalism. The gentlemen who I called to give an earful because I was so upset that I would now be late because they were was very professional in the way he handled my displeasure. The technician was equally courteous and professional which I acknowledge and can definitely appreciate. As I was short on time, they were unable to do the entire premises but will be back on the weekend to finish up. Looking forward to my house being critter-free ASAP!
I have an older home and have been using C and E for many years. The first time we had a major ant infiltration and I called and Cesar came right away and took care of that problem and inspected and treated the house and perimeter and set up some traps. We have them come in a few key times during the year to treat the house, basement and outside and haven’t had problems since. We also called when our dog came home covered in ticks that we were finding all over the house and he came immediately to treat the house. Two years ago they began offering mosquito treatment and we have them come before entertaining outdoors which really worked well. Cesar takes the time to explain to you what things you can do to limit access for pests, places where mosquitos breed or ants can enter your home, that was very helpful. I have recommended them to other people including my Mom for termites and she was very satisfied with pricing and service. They are very professional, responsive and thorough, I would recommend them without reservation.
