THE HAVEN OF ANN ARBOR REVIEWS

I have been a resident at The Haven for more than a decade. The management maintains the property well. The maintenance crew is prompt, polite, and effective. The rent is fair. Most important, the management office is courteous, kind, and helpful. My cat got lost on the grounds recently, and Kelly, a leasing agent, circulated emails and coordinated action with a couple of the other tenants to find my cat and return him safely to me. Kelly's help went above and beyond the call of duty. Her generous kindness represents the spirit of the management staff at The Haven.

This is the most positive apartment living experience that I have had. The community is safe, well cared for, and staff is friendly. Maintenance is quick and All my needs are attended to in an appropriate manner. The community is also very dog friendly and my puppy seems to enjoy our scenic walks around the neighborhood. Most importantly, my space feels like home which is something I have not felt at any other apartment community in the Ann Arbor area. To say the least, I am very happy living at The Haven of Ann Arbor.

The Haven is a wonderful community! I have lived here for 10 months now, and have really enjoyed my experience. Management is very communicative via email whenever there is a power outage or an upcoming inspection, etc. and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. the pool and exercise facilities are excellent and very clean. The grill patio by the pool is an awesome place to cook out and hang with friends! Maintenance is very punctual and friendly, even during a staffing shortage. I would recommend the Haven to anyone!.

WOODBURY GARDENS APARTMENTS & TOWNHOMES REVIEWS

It's a great place to live, on the expensive side, but the overall quality and amenities make it worth. I share a 2 bedroom unit with 3 friends to save $, and the fact we haven't had any structural breakdowns is probably impressive. Management is friendly and helpful. The clubhouse with a common area, game room, pool, and complimentary light breakfast is a nice bonus. The apt complex is walking distance to a bowling alley, CVS, and Salvation Army, and is close to many other shops and small businesses.

We came to Woodbury Gardens 6 months ago and we really loved our home and neighborhood! Apartments and townhouses are nice and comfortable. The pool, parking and common areas are well equipped. The staff is friendly and caring. There's a shuttle service conveniently scheduled throughout the day and the clubhouse provides a nice space to meet neighbours over coffee. There's also plenty of green areas for those who enjoy space and nature. I highly recommend Woodbury Gardens!.

I'd like to compliment Ms. Lily our appointed leasing agent, Ms. Jenna & Ms. Sydney & the office Asst. Manager for all their splendid assistance during our Leasing process... The First time when we met the Office Asst. Manager *(To tour the unit) both our little princesses were blown away & Overwhelmed by her Personal touch and how she seems to take a real interest in the people she's trying to help... God bless! VALLEY RANCH APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I loved living at this apartment complex! They were constantly updating/renovating various parts of the cCan we talk about the layouts of these apartments!ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. Specially if you're looking to move in with friends, the two bed layout is perfect for privacy and you get your own bathroom. These apartments are so clean, design is very modern which are both a plus in my book, the whole complex is nice and management is very friendly, whenever there is an issue they're very quick to resolve it!!! LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! there's a meijers and target so close!!!! its perfect.ommunity. The location was wonderful (close to Meijer, Target, various restaurants, 25 mins to DTW airport, 10 mins from downtown Ann Arbor), & it was a great place to walk your dog. I felt very safe living here alone. Everyone was very friendly, & I moved due to a new job opportunity. I highly recommend living here if in the Ann Arbor area!.

Looking into relocating and so thankful to Nicole for sharing these beautiful apartments with us! Her knowledge of each apartment, all the extras that Valley Ranch has to offer and the surrounding area…. Just amazing! If you haven’t already, take a tour. Thank you, Nicole.

Valley Ranch Apartments are very nice they are renovated and Matt the property manager is very nice to deal with, any issue he immediately send the maintenance guys to fix any problems, also the property have animal park where any dog can have fun. I really recommend this place.
