3 Best Preschools in Ann Arbor, MI

We have had a great experience so far at Kindercare and have been here nearly 2 years! Faith & Keyante, the directors, are fantastic. We’ve had great teachers ranging from the toddler A classroom all the way to Discovery Preschool/Preschool. It’s a small enough facility that even teachers who haven’t directly worked with our child know him & will say hello & talk with him/us. There are many fun activities planned throughout the year as well including spirit weeks, trunk or treat, and tons of fun in the summer.

We have had two children attend Ann Arbor KinderCare and have had a wonderful experience. Our oldest was in the Pre-K program, which prepared him well to successfully transition to kindergarten. Our youngest was in the infant room and is now part of the toddler program. He loves it there and receives fantastic care and education. The directors and staff have all been exceptional. Communication is top notch. We enjoy getting updates and photos throughout the day.

We absolutely love Ann Arbor Kindercare. The two directors, Ms.Faith and Ms. Keyante, are incredibly sweet and caring, always making sure that both the children and parents feel welcome and supported. The environment is warm, nurturing, and filled with so much love. My son, Peter has thrived here—he comes home happy, learning new things, and excited to go back each day. It’s clear that the staffs genuinely care about the children, and that means the world to us as parents. We’re so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

I really like the Dexter Co-op. I was looking for a Co-op for my twin boys because I liked the idea of being involved in the classroom. I looked at co-ops around Ann Arbor, Dexter and Saline when we were looking to buy a home. I had several people recommend the Dexter Co-op to me. We ended up moving between Dexter and Ann Arbor and found that the Dexter co-op had everything that was important to us. It's a great learning environment and has a large classroom space and fun outdoor playground. We've taken several fun and educational field trips since we enrolled. I like being able to contribute new ideas and watch my kids grow. Most importantly, my kids really like it and their teacher, Mrs. Pam.

We love this preschool so much! We are on our second child attending the coop and it has been another amazing experience! The new location is awesome and we love the teachers! I love being a part of my child's learning and seeing her eyes light up when she learns something new! The preschool is such an amazing community, where you make friends for life! A friend recently told me that the Coop set him up with friends for life and I have to agree! We are so happy we chose Dexter Coop!.

My family loves the Dexter Co-op! It's a great preschool for parents that want to be involved in their child's first school experiences. The community is supportive, welcoming and the teachers do a great job of incorporating a play-based curriculum.
