I have lived at Watermark apartments for many years and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decision! The property is well-maintained, modern amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the community is great. However, what truly sets this apartment complex apart is the exceptional management team. The managers are professional, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they have responded promptly and effectively. Also the community events they organize are fantastic! These events foster a strong sense of community and make it easy to meet and connect with neighbors. The common areas are always clean and maintenance issues in the apartment is resolved quickly and efficiently thanks to their proactive approach. Overall it has been a wonderful experience, largely due to the management team. Their dedication to providing a positive living makes this complex truly a special place to call home.

Watermark has been the best! The managers have really gone above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome, they have been so helpful and kind. The complex is clean, quiet and peaceful, the units are lovely, and everyone has been so friendly. Definitely the best complex in town!

Highly recommend this complex! Feel safe walking at all hours and the on-site managers, Adri and Jaylyn are extremely kind and respond to my inquiries promptly.

I really loved this place and I am sad to leave it. I moved in here on February 1st of 2019 and now 3 years later I am leaving for a new job and state. This was my first real apartment, since my previous jobs provided staff housing, and this was a great first experience. Jessica in the office was always nice and was the one who helped me move in when I had less than 2 weeks to move from Virginia back to California. The community was always well kept, the pools were nice, and we always felt safe. Maintenance requests were always done in a speedy manner for us and we never had any real big problems in our apartment. We loved how they had food trucks come in, hosted contests, and had holiday themed events as well.

I have lived here for over 5 years and one of the things I like the best is that I feel safe here. I have never had any issues. They keep the grounds clean they have an area for everyone. A nice and new dog park. A play area for the kids to play. I think many people use our big complex to walk and get some fresh air. If I had one thing that I wish could change. I wish the wall that is shared by a neighbor was more soundproof. Other than that I have been very comfortable at Golden Valley Luxury Apartments.

Golden Valley Luxury Apartments gives you the feeling of being in a home. The personnel that work here are easy to get along with and care about the tenants. The grounds are always kept clean and the facilities are always in working order. The atmosphere here is comfortable, safe, and clean with a nice park, swimming pool, gym and even basketball court. The maintenance department works efficiently and promptly, couldn't ask for more. The grounds have 24 hour security on site and after 3 years living here I have never had a problem. I'm please to be a tenant here. Thank you to all the staff of Golden Valley Luxury Apartments.
