This was my home for the past two years. The location is great if you want to be close to both the beach and a variety of good restaurants. The maintenance team is fast and friendly, and although the management is remote (they respond via text), they’ve always been responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. They were also very flexible with extending my lease when I needed to stay longer. I’ve noticed improvements over the past two years, which shows they are actively working on making things better. Overall, I think this place is a great value for the price and location.

I've had a great experience at this apartment complex so far. I love my neighbors, I love how big my backyard is and I don't feel like it's an overpriced unit which considering the state of apartment market values in Orange county is really saying something. I also had a somewhat complicated issue that I was able to get resolved as quickly as possible with the help of the representatives Kayleb and Dylan. Thank you Harbor at Mesa Verde for providing a great place to live. If you're looking for a place to live I 100% recommend checking this property out.

Have been in this apartments for over 4 years and one of the reasons we love it here is because the maintenance team. They are quick to respond and finish the job on time, but Crecensio is the best. He’s always so friendly with a smile on his face, professional and respectful he’s always there to help. Seems like he really enjoys what he does mad props to him.

We’ve lived here for over two years and have really enjoyed our experience. It’s overall a very quiet complex, which is surprising given how many units there are. We’ve had great neighbors, good experiences in needing help from the maintenance staff, and good experiences with management as well. There are lots of lovely green areas in the complex and great trees, too. Two pools and jacuzzis, updated fitness center, laundry on site, tennis courts, and more. I would agree that it could be considered a bit pricey, but the property is kept up so well, that it has never been an issue to me! Also, we are able to work out guest parking by parking on Randolph street, which is the street off the back gate.

I have been living here for more than 3 years and I never have a single issue with this amazing apartment. The leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful and they will do anything in their power to help you with any troubles that you have. Overall, this is one of the best places that I have ever lived in Orange County.

Brendan is the man! He’s very helpful and attentive during the entire process and even after. The entire front office is super helpful and always smiling. The property is very well kept and clean. I definitely recommend it here!
