She is very knowledgeable about the products and provided lots of insight to the whole process of ordering and installation of our shades. We really appreciated her expediting our installation! The shades we ordered arrived timely and safely. Jeff was our installer and despite being a few hours late (we were notified about it), he did a fantastic job with the installation. He was very careful and thorough which was appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was great.

I just completed a total custom window coverings order for my offices in San Juan Capistrano with Drapery Works. I believe there were 18 window coverings in all. The customer service was excellent. The sales agent was professional and had an installer out in a timely manor. I feel I received a great value and do recommend this company for any custom window coverings or automated blinds. These guys were awesome! Any time I have called about my order, everyone has been super helpful, and we loved our consultant. I just had my stuff installed this last week and we love them!
