PENNY'S PUP WASH REVIEWS

This is our third visit to Penny's Pup Wash. I've gone every two weeks. 5 all around! Each visit has been great! The first time I recieved a lot of help. They showed me around, offered their assistance, checked on us mid bath, and made us feel welcomed! Now, I feel confident about walking in and I know what to expect. I LOVE the decor, friendly atmosphere, and home feel of the place. I LOVE the self wash tubs. They have all the supplies you need at a reasonable price. This time I decided to take my girl Blue's little brother Grayson. It was another great spa day for my babies! Also, Blue had a nail trim this visit. I usually do it at home. The only reason I had it done there was because they use the dremel. All went well, no bleeders! Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!! My babies are so fresh and so clean clean.

Super nice staff and I would definitely return but my dog for some crazy reason is super scared of the actual tub and prefers stainless steel. Dryers worked well. Plenty of products and nice towels. I wish I could go back. One point of note is it is all the way back in the plaza. Don't park next to their truck on 17th or you will have a short walk.

Our louie loves this place. Always comes out feeling fresh and clean. Pennys is such a great place to bring your dog any size. Louie is a big dog and the tubs are big, nice and high so your back doesn’t hurt when washing. Everything you need is right there or u can bring in your own shampoo for a lesser amount. Great place and always clean, no fur flying around.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I absolutely love this place and refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to wait an obscene time for a tub even if they’re super busy. They also offer add on services after you bathe your dog- some places don’t. My dog Brooklyn is double coated- which basically means I have to groom her frequently and she still sheds on all of my belongings. I don’t have “drop your dog off at the groomer” money, so I come here once every other week. It’s affordable, it’s fun, and I always leave in a good mood. Here are some photos of Brooklyn at Bark Bath in the tub, and then refusing to make eye contact with me after her bat. Thank you Bark Bath for all that you do.

One of Phifes favorite spots. Love the staff. Self service stations are fully equipped and awesome. Only downside is my 124 golden retriever does not like climbing up the ramp at the stations so I get a good squat workout when I lift him. I moved out of the area but still come back here because I love this place.

Use the self wash all.the time for my pups! They have shampoo, conditioner, face wash, brushes, combs, dryers, and towels, everything you would need! Always tubs available and owner is usually there, super nice guy. Love this spot.

I have been coming to Ruff Haus for almost two years now. I use the self wash for my bigger dogs and I set appointments for my smaller ones. Both are amazing options! The staff is amazing, and we are thankful for partnering up with Pawlistic Treats, giving everyone the opportunity to het holistic treats for our pups.

Excellent customer service, outstanding facilities even the self wash has a lift so you don't need to bend over saving your back. Extremely clean and has top of the line products. And additional add on services available too, I won't go anywhere else! Thank you.

They did a good job, grooming, my pet, and they didn’t take a lot of time. They were really careful, and made sure he looked super cute! Thanks.
